Here's what you'll need to provide during registration:

Proof of right to work in the UK
Proof of ID
2x proof of address (dated within last 3 months)
Professional Diploma/Care Certificate (if applicable)
Life Support & Manual Handling Training (Practical)
Mandatory & Statutory online training module aligned with CSTF (Core Skills Training Framework)
Proof of Immunisations (RGN/RMN/RNLD's)
Current DBS Certificate (within last 12 months)
Overseas Police Check (if you've lived more than 3 months outside of UK within last 5 years)
Proof of professional Registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD's)
2x Passport Photos
Up to date CV
National Insurance Number
References
